I think, we need first to Hire for Cowboys Coach O-Lines Coordinate and Cardinals Coach for Defense Coordinate. Then we will be better much our teams and possible build for wins games.

25 yo Blaine Gabbert would be better in this offense then any of the young quarterbacks you want to groom.
For next season? Probably correct. For the long term? I have my doubts and I'm sure many others would as well.

You think Gabbert is the answer? Good for you, we can agree to disagree. I'm not counting Kap as a part of this team for next season until I know he definitely will be.

You certainly alluded to it in reference to your comment about Gabbert.
So what would you do then?

I am looking at it from a different angle.
If the players buy in to what he is preaching, and there are no whispers like there were in Philly about him and his "issues with people from different cultures", I think it will be a success. He has literally won everywhere he has been except 1 year, and that was when HE got himself fired because he was a poor GM.
He will win, maybe not this year, but he will win

If he's such a great hire like management says, I'll expect 10-6. If he is Chip of last year, I'll expect the opposite.

I have no idea. I'd be happy with 2 wins. As long as there both against Seattle.

They can find their QB in this draft, Chip set the bar by winning 10 games his first year with much less talent than the 49ers have now. I know the team will not be boring and there will be wide open spaces in the passing game. Since Chip came in the league I have been fascinated watching his offensive schemes. Last season he was fired more on the GM side than the coaching side, there is hope after a forgettable season.

Playoffs or bust! Make the playoffs if not be in position to draft Fournette
