#Eagles QB coach Ryan Day expected to join the staff of #49ers coach Chip Kelly, sources say, either as QB coach or offensive coordinator
So far so good
Soo is Ryan Day any good?
Most of his history is having pretty good rushing attack. But is seen as an up and coming offensive coach.

I believe it was with the thought, if he can fix Cam maybe he can fix Kaepernick. But I agree that he's never been an exciting offensive thinker.
Expect Cam has never needed to be "fixed"
No, but they did tailor the O around him.

Iggles are reportedly holding on to him, the OL coach, DB coach and a couple others.

I can't see why he wouldn't. He is Kelly's closest lieutenant.

It will be interesting to see what chip does at the QB position.
What plays do we need to call to maximize kap's strengths? Should we exclusively run read option and one-read plays that don't require any footwork, touch, anticipation or reading the coverage?

I'd say warrant officer. You know....he has a fancy title and all but he doesn't actually do anything.
