He realizes his options are the 49ers and Browns, and he stays in Cincy. Unless the Bengals promise to hold his OC spot until hes fired this time next year.

Hue's probably thinking: What would I have to do to please Niner ownership? They said they want a HC that can win a Super Bowl. Clearly they mean it, they fired Harbaugh who went to 1 Super Bowl, 2 NFC Championships four years. If I do less than 8-8 in the first year, I'm probably fired like Harbaugh and Tomsula. If I go to Cleveland, 8-8 would probably get me in their stadiums Ring of Fame.

I want Hue, badly. I think he signs with the Browns though & we end up with Shula or Kelly.

Unfortunately, I think that is the likely scenario.

Except Cleveland's personnel department is run by a lawyer with no scouting experience what soever. When they eventually hire their GM, they will report to said lawyer, as well as DePodesta. If ever a front office structure was setup to perfectly f**k up a high draft pick, this is the one.

Is Hue even #1 on Cleveland or the Giants wish list? We seem to be the only team fixated on him since our offense has been in toilet for the 5 seasons. Who's to say Cleveland doesn't have McDermitt over him.

That could be saying they're going to let the coach have a lot of control like we did with Nolan. That could be more appealing to Hue if he's someone who wants to buy the goods and cook the meals.
