This is were Kawakami gets in trouble with things like that. Nothing so far says they don't know what they are doing.

Except that really isn't true. For the offense that he runs you optimally need a QB with a quick release, good accuracy and touch, mobility and the ability to throw on the run. Which is why I don't get why people think that Kaepernick would be such a great fit.
