49ers will make playoffs THIS season

What team do you know of has done a complete rebuild in 1 year and made the playoffs?

if it has nothing to do with who you dislike, then you just said we would do better keeping JT & Co, Why , because it wouldnt be a total rebuild

No that's not what I was saying. I don't think we will make the playoffs in 2017 and I explained why.

Please explain why, tough to decipher because you don't feel this staff is worth a damn, but getting rid of them should be an upgrade right ?

I don't think that is the case because IMO we don't have great coaches and even if we got great coaches next year it would not be enough time to turn the team around by 2017.
