York and Baalke will remain silent. There will be more leaks from the front office to the media. So pretty much same as every other week.

"We Own it. We have to get better, including all the coaches" I do not like this dude. He has no game, he specializes in nothing. Our defense has regressed, the offense has regressed, the playcalling has regressed, the talent has regressed. Is Jeb bling or just dont give a rip??
The better question is what happens if we win a few more games this year and drop to the 10th pick so we miss out on Goff, Tunsil, Stanley, Bosa, Nkemdiche, Ramsey, Hargraves, and Smith?

Do we keep Tomsula in that scenario? No one will want to come here and we're going to be even farther from being a competitive team again.

I'd rather see us go 2-14.
My thinking before the start of the season was that Kap would progress and carry the team. That has not happened, with the departure of Coach everything has fallen apart. Does anyone feel inspired by Tomsula? Another loss is no big deal, I would like to see Gabbert perform and find something to build upon. Let's see what steps management takes after the season. If Tomsula is still here and preparing for 2016 I don't believe it will inspire confidence for the future.

The playcalling could most certainly not regress from last year. That is simply not possible.
"We'll evaluate "
You can just watch the old Singletary post game recordings if you want to know what happens next:

After every loss Jimmy T/Singletary look more and more worn out
They don't have immediate answers and say "they have to look at the tape"
Assistant coaches start taking more interviews because their jobs are in jeopardy
Players start going down with mysterious injuries because their agents want to protect their stats and not devalue their future worth
Some players call others out
Jimmy T/Sing keep saying changes are coming but reluctantly do near nothing other than rotate mediocre players around
The media frenzy starts stirring up
Cameras start showing up looking to interview the Coach fired and try to interview him as his truck tries to leave the parking lot.

I'm in the I don't care anymore mode because it is obvious the Yorks do not value winning on the field. It will be the usual cycle of making changes just to make changes. Jed will replace our coaches who get 8 wins or less with another grasp at straw coach that has no chance. Jed will pump it all up and get fans hope on the sole reason that it is new blood.

We will go anywhere from 2-14 to 7-9 for three years only to have that process start over again. Our GM may get us good talent on the field for a 9-win season only to have Jed go cheap on the coaching staff.

Then, in 8 years, he may dish out decent money for a hot name to take us into the playoffs for a couple of years. Jed will once again say the talent on the field is the reason and any coach can do it, so he fires the high payroll guy for another moms me coach hoping to hit the jackpot with the guy.

Then the cycle continues. Our ownership is a joke. They are running this team similar to how Al Davis did where they think it's all about the player talent than it is to have a coach with strength. They just want a puppet coach during their time here.

We will just be a developmental team for other teams. Coaches and players will come here for experience and move on to have success on other teams.

At least someone understands the real problem. Worst organization in football. Yes, worse than the Browns and Lions.

I know I am stating the obvious if we suck again today & I remember post about Jed said something big was gonna happen ..could it mean that people will get fired ..trust me I am a niner fan till I die ..but if a another blowout lost gets Jed attention to get his head & ego out of his ass...

What do you expect? A turnaround?

I would sub in Kilgore, Thomas and Tiller after the bye.

I would bench Martin. Then I'd fire Pears and Devey but will Tomsula? Eh probably not...

we're probably gonna lose, then go into the bye with some plans to try something new on the OL. no point in firing coaches, since all the quality replacements have jobs right now.

the offensive line is the same hot mess it was four weeks ago. if they have not tried something new on the OL. in my opinion they never will. there is no quality coach on the staff, rathman included that would be respectable coach. in my opinion, they will continue to talk big, talk about changes and tweaks without giving any real information and then just set on their hands and go status quo for the rest of the year

playcalling is the same,, of course we were sold on the fact it would be different but in reality, NOTHING is different from last year, ck is worse, the d is a bit worse and that is just about it.
