I think cutting Hayne and benching Kap qualify as the big thing. I can't see FO making any move that's really gonna help us in the future until seasons end.
It will be either during the bye week period or not until the end of the season. I would prefer the latter, I see little point in sacking people right now just to shut up the more vocal of the fanbase. Take the rest of the season to discuss it and plan it and choose the new people, then put it together.

"If we lose"... At least you still have some positivity.
We'll be 2-7
It is nothing positive about getting your ass kick on a weekly bases especially if you were just winning and playing for the Super Bowl ..I just hope baalke ,magini, gets can &we go in a better direction ...plz for the love of god I hope they have hue Jackson on speed dial ..remember he wanted kaep ..
I'd be ok with sacking people if they had someone on the hook like Parcells already coming into place to start fixing it. Otherwise I agree.

We will be closer to the 1st overall pick.
I'm in the I don't care anymore mode because it is obvious the Yorks do not value winning on the field. It will be the usual cycle of making changes just to make changes. Jed will replace our coaches who get 8 wins or less with another grasp at straw coach that has no chance. Jed will pump it all up and get fans hope on the sole reason that it is new blood.

We will go anywhere from 2-14 to 7-9 for three years only to have that process start over again. Our GM may get us good talent on the field for a 9-win season only to have Jed go cheap on the coaching staff.

Then, in 8 years, he may dish out decent money for a hot name to take us into the playoffs for a couple of years. Jed will once again say the talent on the field is the reason and any coach can do it, so he fires the high payroll guy for another moms me coach hoping to hit the jackpot with the guy.

Then the cycle continues. Our ownership is a joke. They are running this team similar to how Al Davis did where they think it's all about the player talent than it is to have a coach with strength. They just want a puppet coach during their time here.

We will just be a developmental team for other teams. Coaches and players will come here for experience and move on to have success on other teams.

Please all I want for Christmas is a NEW GM and a NEW HEADCOACH. Get rid of Baalke and Tomsula.
NOTHING!

When we lose they better promote Joan from payroll too become Head Coach.
we're probably gonna lose, then go into the bye with some plans to try something new on the OL. no point in firing coaches, since all the quality replacements have jobs right now.
We'll go to 2-7. Tomsula will spew out some nonsensical garbage in the press conference about taking ownership of the situation. No changes will be during the bye week. York and Baalke will remain silent. There will be more leaks from the front office to the media. So pretty much same as every other week.
