Minn is gonna be a good litmus test. They got a speedy receiver, an accurate QB who was coming on at the end of last year and of course AP… they could be allot better than people are expecting.
But no its not a must win, its a tough schedule but its filled with teams like Pit and GB that we match up well against or at least have in the past. Games don't become must wins until 5 losses which imho won't happen till after the bye, thinking we hit the bye at 5-4 or 6-3 so long as health holds up.

No. You cant draw too many conclusions of how a season will play out from a week 1 game. We looked playoff bound last year after beating Dallas...

yes,, after a poor season last year and the changes we have seen,, who we play really does not matter. we just have to do what we do, take care of our own things,, do the little things right and we will be just fine, in my opinion

We just have to find a way to be 2-2 after the first quarter of the season and at least 5-4 heading into the bye. Given the toughness of the early schedule, I would feel pretty good about this team if these records are hit.

If Tomsula wants to prove to everyone that he was the right hire....must win for sure. Hell if they go on and win the SB....Trent/Jed will have to be front office of the year winners.
