Kind of this. If this was 2012 all these losses would be catastrophic. 2015? Not as big as you think...

Lolz multiple pro bowl players gone but no big losses.

Put down the kool-aid yo

In Back to the Future, you'd be correct.

I think those dudes could still ball but you have your opinion otherwise.

I think a one-armed Justin, beat-up Gore, no-feet Willis and no-heart Davis could still give you some quality starts but for how many games? And at what cost (literally) not only from a cap perspective but at the risk of inhibiting grown and development of other players and advancements in scheme. Much of the former pro bowlers gave everything they had to us. They just aren't those pro-bowl players anymore (sadly) b/c we burned them out and overused them IMHO and they had some unfortunate injuries.

Exactly, stop hanging on to the past...
I'd say Borland he was electric and a playmaker, playmakers are hard to find and change games. Plus even with no Willis he provided ILB depth, which we have none of now.

Patrick Willis was one of my favorite players but he was toast in the 6 games he played last year, still was good the year before but no where near 2012.

Rest of the guys I think will be replaced adequately or upgraded.

Can't even put it down to answer a simple question about who is the biggest loss. You have to pick one lol.

Lets see... No one! Everything is awesome! Every move brilliant!

Every move was correct and every guy on that list is replaceable?

How easy.

From a talent perspective, Borland. Him and Bowman would've been nasty.

Davis is who potentially kills us. We don't have a solid RT that can step and produce. With the shuffling of personnel on the interior also our Oline could be a mess next year. I'm hoping the ZBS masks some of our problems. I'm not very optimistic about our pass protection.
Willis...

Only because it effects the type of defense we can run. In an NFL that likes to feature scat backs and TEs, it was nice to have two elite LBs that could defend the pass or the run at a very high level. With Willis and Bow the offense couldn't dictate our personnel packages. Even with how good Borland looked, it was clear he was a liability in pass coverage. Remember how we were able to keep Bow on Sproles and Willis on Graham. It wasn't perfect, but it wasn't a liability either.

no won was lost who can not be replaced. it is just harder for some to cling to the past and adapt to change than others. if this were 2011 or 2012 i would be moaning about justin and willis but as has been stated many times by people who actually get it, last years versions of those players were not their 2011 or 2012 alter egos. of course its all on paper right now but i believe whether it was with free agency, or the draft or guys who were hurt last year,,, everyone who left us, including the former coach, can be replaced. its to bad you can not have that opinion without being accused of drinking kool aid or working for jed. as sus is so fond of saying its about the TEAM and not individual players... if you had to pin me down and if i had to moan about a loss of a player in his prime which was a negative surprise it would be davis but if he did not want to be here in the first place and quit the way he did, then i do not want him on my team anyway.
oh
every person who left can not be replaced
we are the laughing stock of the nfl
no one wants to play for us
our coach, even though we have never seen him coach, is ain over his head yes man meathead
we will be the only team in the nfl without a coaching staff in place before the draft
three of verbs sold their season tickets
omg, miss llloyd was a huge loss
we can not replace ANYONE who was lost
the best thing for us would be to go 4-12
with the first pick of the 2016 draft the 49ers select
how easy
see Young2Rice,, I can play the game to

i am glad for him he retired,, as he said, he can no longer play at a high level which we saw last year(people like me tried to deny it).. I, for one, did not want to see him stumble around like willie mays did in his last year as a met when he could no longer play the game. i , for one, did not want to see fans boo him and i, for one, did not want to read posts from people who miss him right now, ripping him and making fun of him.... because you know they would have

not last year,, he admitted it. i take him at face value. i love him but he said so himself,,,,, i can no longer play at a high level. people act like we blew up a 2012 super bowl team, coaches and players,, last years team and the coaches and players who made up that team overall were not the caliber of 2012,

I'm glad he retired too, but not because I think he would of been a shell of himself. Willis never said he couldn't play at a high level. He couldn't play at a level he wanted too, which was at a HOF level. Frankly, I think he just found there to be more imporant things in life. He took his millions, great career and walked. Good for him.

I dont know what ur talking about.

I think the loss of iupati, crabtree, cox, skuta and stevie Johnson are no big deal. Those were good losses imo.

The others i think are important pieces with gore being the biggest loss. Those were not good losses imo.

Zomg i had a negative opinion and a positive one! Fancy that!

Some posters can't even post a single guy on that list they think is a loss. As if all of those losses are easily replaced and were good moves and won't effect us at all. All of them?

Andy Lee cuz we'll be punting alot this year without all those guys that are on this list

Borland without a doubt. Dude was arguably the best ILB in the league in just his rookie season.

Gore, Willis, and Justin are all great players, but were past their prime.
