Sometimes different can be bad, but in this instance different is good. I will root for the 49ers, but I still don't see the need in buying a jersey to show my support for the team. A hat and my time watching the games will be enough. Someone else can fill the NFL's coffers as they please.

As ugly as these things are I don't know what other options they had. They couldn't go all gold or black and gold (Saints), so we were probably going to get stuck with something like this either way.

I think they look great, a little gold accent in the name and numbers would of been nice but I'm happy with the simplicity and i love the contrast of the jersey and gold helmet.
