It's laughable when ppl try to use Kap's career stats against Cam without taking this into context.

Cam went to a 2-14 team with the worst offense in the league.

Kap started out on a good team, but that team has gotten progressively worse personnel wise every year with the bottom falling out last year. Add the coaching changes last year and you have a perfect recipe for disaster. Carolina Panthers as a whole have improved, not just Cam.

We were auditioning guys like Jon Baldwin and Marlon Moore 10 starts into the dudes career. It wasn't all peaches and cream like so many seem to wish it was.

Entirely different situations. One bad season at 25 years old? No biggie. He stepped up big time this year and carried his team. Now, he's going to the Super Bowl.

Kap has had multiple bad seasons in a row. When next season rolls around, he'll be a 29 year old quarterback who is rehabbing multiple injuries with little time to improve over the off-season. He'll be praying that a miracle guides his hand. Kap is On the verge of being 30 and watching his athleticism erode, what will be left of a qb who can't pass and eventually won't be able to run?

One bad season? Go look at Kap's stats vs Cam's the past couple years they are near identical (when they were both starters). Yes Kap was bad this year (you could say that about just everyone on the team as well) no one is disagreeing on that. But the team is in shambles (one of the worst OLs in the league) and he was surrounded by a horrible coaching staff, while Cam has had the same coaching staff in place since he was drafted.

If your going to say Cam had ONE bad season how can you say Kap has had multiple when their stats are near identical?

FYI I'm not a Kap lover or hater, I just think Chip can get the most out of him.

Yeah and SF had a powerhouse of offensive play makers lol. When Kap got drafted SF was 26th in points

Why is Colin career comp % higher?

because Cam has nearly attempted 2x more passes in his career and he's only 3 tenths % lower at 59.6 vs 59.9

117 career tds and career 18,263 yards by cam to kaps 56 career tds and 10,030 career yards.

Wow, the Kap fans are trying to compare their 31st rated Qb to the top MVP candidate now. Just when I think they can't get any more delusional they take it a step further. Kap fans are so far out there they are unequaled. I seriously doubt fans on other team's forums are saying the likes of Foles, Winston and Bradford would be having a Cam like season if they switched teams. I belong to a Redskin forum, Griffin was quickly tossed aside as old news once he was exposed, even though he had injuries, no made excuses for him, and everyone wanted him gone. Here every player that falls off gets the treatment Vernon Davis did, except for Kaepernick. It baffles the mind.

I watched the Cardinals vs Panthers game last night. I believed that Cardinals defense looked like a soft and false game because they helped to Cam for wins game. Cam is still cheat and baby-cry.. i am not enjoys to watch the false game!! i am not dumb cuz i am not blind person..

Kaepernick is done. He had a mauling Oline, a fantastic run game, a dominant D and a playcaller who called plays to mask his deficiencies.

It's not like the issues he had this year are because the team doesn't have those things mentioned above anymore. Hell, we won games with Alex Smith under those same circumstances.

Kaepernick has NEVER been able to read a D or go through progressions. Not here or not in Nevada. There is a reason Roman ran a 1 read offense. It's because we have a 1 read QB. Kaepernick has no idea how to be a QB. He is an athlete with a big arm. That is it. He has no touch on his throws. He throws lasers when he should use touch and he throws lofts when he should throw lasers.

He has no awareness in the pocket. He panics and runs under the slightest bit of pressure, usually right into pressure! The league fiqured him out. All the D needs to do is show him one read pre-snap then change it and he is lost. That is why we had so much trouble with the playclock. Kap would take the playclock right down to make sure the D couldn't trick him. He has never been a QB and never will be. The best we can hope to get out of him is a gimmick player like Kordell Stewart was.

The team is back peddling on him because there is a chance he is still on the team April 1 meaning his salary is guaranteed. Kap and his agent aren't stupid. There is reason why he had 3 surgeries when he did.

Chip Kelly wont be fixing Kaepernick.

It's insane. I have never seen anything like it. Everyone blamed Roman. Then the Oline. We brought in playmaker after playmaker. Chamged coaches. Changed schemes. Nothing workedm

Whats the constant?? #7. He is done

Right, and sample size can affect average....Kaeps average is falling off as his sample size grows.
