49ers Offensive Line

The problem is most of you have not been paying attention they already have a core of young linemen that are going to compete for the open positions and that is what they are running with.

Hennessy was brought in middle of last season and will be competing with Nugent and Brenden for the center position.
Bartch Burford Zakelj will be competing for Guard.
Pleasants played really well at tackle last season and probably will be the swing tackle.
these guys are all in there mid twenties young and they are trying to develop them. They were always going to draft heavy defense cause that's how you win championships.

Hopefully Drake Nugent makes the 53 this time.

that's a joke right? Look at that talent level.

Of course heavy D, but then we beefed it up, which is great, then it was time to focus on OL. I was totally expecting to hear Frazier or other OL (I think several of us were) then it's a WR. I turned off the broadcast. I had heard enough. Frazier went to the Lions right? That's fantastic lol. Best QB since Young and we should treat him like gold but...and this is how Brock got that s**tty injury in the first place, total stupidity regarding the OL. Just dumb as s**t. I wish Brock the best on another team cause him getting the SB here, idk if that is gunna happen. Zoner overreaction? Maybe lol but damn that was frustrating. And this happens over and over again with this FO..just frustration and face palms.

At some point they just have to FORCE the issue on offensive line. 2026 should be like 2025 except offensive line. Just pick after pick. Early and middle rounds. You have to hit on some. Just a numbers game. This year was to fix up the defensive front 7. Next year has to be offensive line. But I doubt they will do it.

not completely surprising if it is. Our current regime has no value in oline even if it makes your rb and QB better.

I don't get it as oline is the most important part of football. Past super bowls have proven this.

This office keeps making stupid decisions and ppl wonder why they dnt have a trophy. Is Kyle a genius? Cause he does seem smart as hell sometimes but stupid as s**t other times. And I am like wt actual f? Lol I am sounding like you today SD haha. This draft was exciting then meh. It could have been better imo but that seems to be the theme of the Niners the last few years or so..could have been better.

All those guys suck. The point is to have good OL.

You knew we were going to double tap DT early. Knew we were going edge early. Knew we needed a LB capable of playing snaps as a rookie. Knew we needed a CB and WR.

Sounds like had we taken Colby Rd 5 and Sigle round 7 most of you would be fine.

This is probably at top 12 OL in the NFL. Fans just have zero clue what is going on with other teams.
