It has become obvious that nobody wants to work for this organization. They would rather stay put or out of the nfl than join the niners. I don't see how they win more than a handful of games with the schedule they are facing and no hope of decent coaching staff. There's zero chance of winning the division.
Sad but that's how I see it.

we have the talent on the roster right now to win 10 games easily ,,,,so hopefully after free agency and the draft, we will be stocked with talent and ready to fight for 12-4 or 13-3
.....lets hope no drama surfaces like last year that poisoned the locker room, and distractions that kept our team from focusing on winning games .....but it all depends on who we land for offensive coordinator , if we lose out on Chud and have to move Chryst to OC ...So be it

Think I will wait until at least after the Draft and FA period. Have a clue as to the final staff. See who comes back from injuries. Take a look at the final schedule. Etc. etc. etc.

It depends... if we play on Thanksgiving Day (against Ravens) maybe we'll win 3 games.
If it's not Ravens on Thanksgiving, then maybe we'll win 4 games.
