We call this PYMWYMI (Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is), and we usually wait until after the draft to do it. Since it makes no sense to guess before who we know will be coaching and who the players will be. So yeah. Maybe we would wait just a bit. lol

11-5 if we kept Jim Harbaugh

I think Tomsula is a hell of a lot better football coach than he is a public speaker... Y'all are hanging the guy before he even get's started. IF... and that's a big if... he gets good coordinators and lets them coach, we are right back to being contenders.

8-8 or 9-7, not because of the coaching, but because we'll have all our players back healthy and no backstabbing from the FO. If Harbaugh or Fangio had stayed, 11-5 or 12-4.

Ya it depends on the draft. I think our roster has a chance to be much better or much worse next year.

Based on what we know as of today about the teams on the 2015 schedule and before hiring the whole staff, the draft, and FA, I believe we will win a minimum of 7 games.

Key Additions from 2014:
14-16 games of Willis, Bowman, Ward, Brock
16 games of Aldon

Key Subtractions:
16 games of Crab, Brooks, Iupati (50/50 Cowboy and Gore come back)

To me, I think the additions slightly outweigh the subtractions that will happen (not taking draft or FA into account)

With that said, I believe we will compete for a top seed in the NFC and win 12 games. The tough games will be on the road against the AFC North and of course those within our division.

Statistically speaking, the D will stay top 5 and the O will finally be in the teens.
