Want - Coach that is not stubborn.
Gut- Coach who is stubborn.
it seems like 99% of coaches are stubborn...and their stubbornness and loyalty brings them down.
I just wish we could get an unconventional coach... who is loyal to the success of the team!
and not worried about hurting feelings.....being politically correct.....or loyalty to struggling staff.
