My major concern about Gase seems to be shared by a number of people. Has Denver's offensive success been a product of Gase's ability or more the fact he has Manning as QB, basically an OC on the field, and the significant talent at receiver, TE and RB? He appears to be the front runner right now, and if hired, where does that leave Fangio and Tomsula? This could mean a revamping of most of the coaching staff, and that's another very major concern. This could be a whole new team from the top down based on these very tough decisions on coaches and personnel, not to mention the draft! Man, it's been a real rollercoaster ride since the Walsh/Seifert years.

It does look like Gase is the choice and yes a major shake up of coaches is going to happen, sadly on the defensive side :( Many reports say that if Gase is hired Fangio is gone, my hope would be if the organization can some how get Tomsula to be the new DC

Don't know much about Gase..but players/coaches give him high praise..wouldn't mind an Offensive guru as our coach

This is a good article to read for anyone who is freaked out about the possibility of Gase as HC. I know it made me feel better about him.

If Gase is Elways choice, then it has to be The Shanahan's for us.... but it makes you wonder, why Elway isn't even considering The Shannys???
