It is a train wreck. I started a train wreck thread but it was shut down. It was starting to get good to. Too bad. They could have let harbs go mid season to look at Jim T, they could have hired an offensive guy to fix the main issue the 49ers had during the harbaugh years, they could of hired somebody who has a defensive or an offensive identity, they could of.... could of....

FWIW - Steve Mariucci said on the NFL Channel that this is a fantastic hire. That Tomsula is very well respected coach around the league. It's a perfect fit.
