With Harbaugh almost surely gone and Kaepernick being a big question mark, has our superbowl window closed? I don't follow this forum much and I don't think ditching Harbaugh OR Kaepernick is a good idea AT ALL. But apparently the media and some fans believe they are on their way out after the season. Where does this leave us? Do you see us winning a superbowl in the next few years? We have the talent, we just can't seem to get it going on offense. Is it Roman? Is it Harbaugh? Is it Kap? Is it the Yorks? I don't understand.

I don't think Willis is done. I just don't think we will be ready to win it all again before his time is up. He's going to be a good player next season.

Roman is in a remedial class when it comes to an NFL offense. He will never get "it". I'm glad to see him gone after today.

I think if Harbaugh had got it and fired Roman we would be in a better place today and maybe talking about an extension for Harbs. The fact is he settled on Roman when his first choice wasn't available.

Maybe he's not such an "elite" coach if he's being dumped by a NFL team and going back to college.

Where was this York run franchise before Harbaugh got here? He may not be "elite" but he's very good.

the window is open for the rats who do not believe in the team anymore to jump out, then we will slam it shut so they can not get back in next year when we are competing for a divisional title
