I'd rather have Gary Kubiak as OC than HC but doubt the Ravens let us talk to him since we would need permission for a lateral move. I wouldn't hate the choice, probably a safe choice. He runs a zone run blocking scheme can our guys convert to that? Don't we do a little bit now? The good news is no solari and Kubiak could coach the OL and once you get that zone run blocking scheme installed you can throw any rb back there and get 1k yards (like denver and at houston).

He's another candidate I've thought of but their offense has gone from 6th last year with Gruden to 16th this year. Jackson really hasn't done a whole lot for their passing game, they are running the ball well though.

I don't care who the HC is, but if Fangio leaves, we will be absolutely screwed. They need to make Fangio HC and bring in anyone who can put together a top 10 offense and we will be set.
