Yes.

JH is a damn good coach BUT he's not perfect and his stubbornness has been his undoing.

It's all on him - he could have changed things up BUT he didn't.

I've accepted he won't be here next season whether I want him here or not - doesn't matter at all - he's gone.

Looking forward to next season.
NFL coaches are more managers surely
I mean you guys have D and O coaches
So what does the HC do ??
Sign off on things?
Roman is the problem, and Kap who is limited as a passer QB

Get a new OC, keep Harbs, get a new QB (else design an O that suits his strengths), replenish the battered O Line, make a hard call on Gore, and shake up the receiving corps in light of a terrible 2014 in the air

There you go, blueprint to success outlined right there from down under
Got to be happy about Hyde
Man is a bull
Could be our Lynch

Let's go back to basics
To what made THIS side strong THIS era
That is the RUN

Hyde and Kap to run
Strengthen the D and O Line

Play like Seahawks
Protect the ball
Be safe
Run
Strong D
Limit the opp scoring

Remember, D wins finals, in any football code
bring in the offensive coordinator of the colts if harbaugh is sent packing.

Does anyone know exactly what York's beef with JH is? Just when I thought this team was no longer dysfunctional, they decide to get rid of the coach that brought them back to relevancy. I agree with keeping Harbaugh if he revamps his offensive staff with a proven play caller.

Yorks beef with JH started in the offseason of 2012. York envisioned P.Manning as the QB of the Niners, he envisioned opening up the new stadium with his HOF QB. So he sent JH and Baalke to go evaluate and convenience Manning to join the Niners. As that was happening the front office was working on a deal to trade kaepernick to the Eagles. At the time York had all the confidence that JH will indeed convenience Manning to join. When York found out that JH was unwilling to change his offense Philosophy to suit PM style he was livid, and subsequently starting the rift between JH and York/baalke/front office. Now the tension has boiled over cause of the lack in production on offense. York can't seem to forget what might have been.

Wtf kind of coke dream was that?

I hate how the bay area media jocks the raiders' dick all the time even though they're 2-11.

"Harbaugh done in s.f.?"

" Harbaugh would be great in Oakland!"

How is he great for Oakland but not a good fit here?

Scoring less than 7 pts in 4 the quarters isnt going to win any championships. This is all on Roman. Hopefully Roman gets a head coaching job and is banished from here forever.

It's unexusable that we can't score.

What he said. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Harbaugh has to go.
If he goes to Oakland that rivalry will explode!
I hope he finishes out his contract. After a dismal 2-14 season under DE, Nolan and Singletary brought back some hope, but it was really Harbaugh (with a lot of help from Fangio) that lead us to the playoffs his first three years.

NO...... i like him and i am thankful for what he did as he was the right person at right time,,,,,,, however my mind is now made up after i saw the lack of effort and the lack of urgency from the team and coaches in the fourth quarter when we were still in the game,,,,,,, when i see that,, it means to me, the coaches have lost interest and now it has filtered down to the players.... no he needs to go,, it was just a matter of time before he would leave because that is the way he is built,,, those of you who thought it was going to be here for ten plus years were just whistling past the end zone,, i used to think if he agrees to fire roman, which will never happen,,,,, bring him back,, but after another game in which i saw lack of effort and lack of urgency from him and roman,, no,, bring in gruden and get this team motivated,, firing the f**king offensive line coach while you are at it,, bring in two new starters there on the line to replace boone and lupati,, overhaul the wide outs, bring in a new tight end. no i know this post is supposed to be for backers of Jh but i can not help myself,, lack of effort and lack of urgency from the coaches in a winnable game on the road, is simply inexcusable,,,, as is the putrid o line play and refusing to run gore from second and goal from the five

that sums it up well mayo,,,, its not your penis's fault,, hell with that line and that "coaching" i am surprised you can coax anything at all out of it. there is no excuse, there are no more excuses , there is no more length of leash,,,,, no urgency at all yesterday, f**king unreal

agree, and despite what some say,, as along as they bring in someone competent,, we are not going to go back to 2-14,, some may wish it but it will not or should not happen.
