Well plays are called in colors for the WCO, Black is the (Live) color, 59 is personnel and razor is the route, I wanna say but please correct me if I'm wrong.

Nobody says "hike". That specific sound gets lost in the crowd noise. QB's use "hut" because its much easier to hear through all the noise.
Snap counts are more about cadence than anything though.

Lol now I know why you guys are so loud when they are on offense.
In HS our call at the line was
Down / color / color / # / # / hut
If the QB said black for the first color he was changing the play from what was called in the huddle.
The other color and numbers meant pass or run last number was the direction
Blue 84 was run to the four hole
