Just as long as we peak at the right time, we're gonna be okay!

We will lose to the Cards next week and the season is over. Book it. They will pack the box just like the Saints did and force Kaep to make decisions and throw which he can't do. He appears to be the most unintelligent QB in the NFL.

This season is over, start looking at which coaches to fire, which players to cut, and hope for a future superstar QB in the draft.
Crabtree can't get back soon enough. ..and even then he'll need to be in top shape to help this offense go.

they lost to a team-as close as the game was- who can get chunks of yardage with one throw...SF wont get that ability any time soon and the run game wont carry them like it did last year

We don't have a chance-period?

We have a winning formula: good defense and special teams, solid running game, and smart QB play. This team is good enough that if Kyle Williams doesn't muff two punts, we appear in a Super Bowl against the Patriots. This team is good enough that if we have a little better play call on 4th and 6, we win the Super Bowl. This team is good enough that if Ahmad Brooks tackles Drew Brees at his midsection instead of his neck, we win the last game. We've never had a Peyton Manning or Drew Brees production at the QB position since Harnaugh got here, yet we have two NFC Championship appearances and a close Super Bowl loss. We don't need it. We CAN win with the formula we have this year, but just need a little more production.

Every team has a small mistakes that are the difference between winning and losing, and even though our offense is abysmal, we can still win. We need a little more right now though because sub-200 yards passing per game is just terrible.
Bottom line is this: if our offense doesn't get fixed, we will be lucky to make the playoffs. At this point, with our record and the record of other NFC teams we don't even control our own destiny for the last wild card slot.

Next week or several weeks from now it doesn't matter they will smash the niners and sink our season.....Kaep is a potato.

That's good and bad. The good is we'll win five straight and finish the year 11-5. The bad is we'll lose week 17 and in the Wildcard.
This team is too talented. We will get it right
what does "potato" mean around here ?

The season hinges on the impact Crabtree has...If he comes back and plays like he did last year then watch out because this team can definitely get to the Bowl if he opens things up for the entire offense

I wish it worked that way, but it doesn't. All the talent in the world isn't going to make it so Kap can read coverages and see where the blitzes are coming from... and it isn't just Kap. The offensive line is slow as hell to react to blitzes too. Goodwin needs to be replaced and he should have been replaced weeks ago, but one of the problems with players coaches is that they feel loyalty to their veterans and don't want to replace the guys they like.
Were not going to peak we are out coached were not as physical and smart as the playoff teams. As much as people don't want to admit it Kaepernick sucks and our coaching staff is beyond clueless on how to use receivers. Our defense is good but wears down at the end of the game when it matters most. Mainly cause there on the field all game. Our passing game is elementary level at the pro level. Our GM knew we had a very short window to get to a superbowl and drafts a bunch of injured players who wont be good until a year or 2 later. Harbaugh is a wonderful coach but this team has made WAY to many mistakes this offseason mainly letting go of key players from the superbowl team and replacing them with players that aren't getting it done. And we KNEW receiver was going to be a issue hell it has been a issue since the 2011 season and what do we do? we sit on our hands and do nothing and pray that Manningham and Crabtee by some miracle come in half way threw the season and save us. All those mistakes cost us we maybe escape the wild card round but that will be it.

I hope you're right. The last two weeks have been difficult to watch the offense struggling to be productive. Getting Crabtree back might give the offense a spark at the right time of the season.
