If Roman leaves, who would you want at OC?

who is the OC for Green Bay? I want an OC that is running the WCO at a high level and knows how to use it as a weapon and take it to a D.

I don't want some flashy new type of thinker who is gonna want to tinker. We have spent a lot of time and effort to assemble the players we currently have on O and I want us to stick with the WCO and use it like we used to.

Last thing we need is to bring in anybody who wants to change things up! Never worked with Alex and the O in the past and it wont help Kap grow either.

The longer the 49ers remain alive for the playoffs, the harder it's going to be to replace Greg if he gets a HC gig.

Jason La Canfora ‏@JasonLaCanfora Jags very likely to announce they are parting way with coach Mike Mularkey this week, with the GM search over. Still hear Greg Roman

I just heard via Mike Gill, host on ESPN sportradio out of South Jersey 97.3 FM (and apparent friend of Greg Roman), that upon Caldwell being hired by Jacksonville, that Mike Mularkey is OUT, and Caldwell already has notified his buddy Greg Roman, that he will be bringing him in for an interview when Roman is available.

John Clayton reported that Roman will more than likely be hired as HC on NFL32 just now.

Yep, Florio is reporting the same.

Roman one of the most likely candidates to become Jags head coach once Mularkey gets canned by Caldwell.

Groce.

By that same logic, 49ers should have never gotten rid of Jim Hostler either.

Like when Nolan/Manusky departed, we got MUCH better. We will find out (perhaps) how much of this offense was d/t Roman or Harbaugh's philosophy. We may see two steps back if we employ a more pro-style offense or WCO.
