Well since Prime said Brady's gonna "carve them up" I guess the Pats . However, I predict the Pats will be missing some more starters after this week.

Fixed it for ya

Haha, not really. That was more like 2007, and it proved to be very effective. Actually, it has never been more effective before.
What you saw on MNF is completely different to what we did during the entire season. We have 27 25+ yds/rec in the year, 13th in the NFL (13th is not "throwing deep balls all day" right?), 4 of which came on monday. Actually SF has 21 already.

Strictly from a Talent perspective, I think the 49ers are a more talented team...We can go position by position here...

O-Line: Pats are pretty good, but I think the Niners are even better. Niners may have the best personel in the league on the O-Line. They have broken down a bit in pass protection while Brady hasn't been sacked much at all, but I think alot of that is on Brady himself. He gets the ball out. Advantage: Niners.

TE: I love the Niner TEs, but I think I have to give this one to the Pats. Advantage: Pats

WR: I think the Niners are much better than advertised and I think Brady makes the Pats WRs look better than they are, but considering the HUGE difference in production, I'll go with the Pats. It's not as clear cut as some would thing tho. Advantage: Pats

RB: I'll get argument from Pats fans, but I think the 49ers HAD the best RB corps in the NFL. They have lost 2 of those guys now tho with Hunter gone for the season and Jacobs suspended, but I will still take Frank Gore and LaMichael James here. I KNOW I'll get argument, but I'd take Gore over just about anyone not named Adrian Peterson. Advantage: 49ers

D-Line: This one is pretty clear to me. I like Vince, but I'll take Justin Smith over anyone not named J.J. Watt. McDonald is WAY undervalued. Advantage: 49ers

LBs: Look, the Pats young group looks good....but lets get real here.Aldon Smith. Patrick WIllis. Navorro Bowman. Ahmad Brooks. Those guys may be the best of the next generation. NOBODY matches that group. Advantage: Niners

Secondary: Not close to me. Talib is a good addition for them, but the Niners have great players at Safety and they go 4 deep at corner. Advantage: Niners.

And finally....the big one.

QB: This one is the great equalizer. I love Kaep and I think he's the future of this team, but this isn't even anything resembling a contest. I think the Niners are CLEARLY a more talented team from top to bottom, but QB is soo much more important that any of the other positions. Advantage: Pats

I'm not going to make a prediction, but this game should be alot of fun. ;-)
Great Post.

If Dennard and Talib can last a whole game without hitting the training room, all they have to do is keep up with Moss, Davis, Manningham, Jenkins, Crabtree and LMJ.

Great Post.

Basically stop Tom Brady. In essence, it will come down to Aldon vs. Brady then. Our best player must take out your best player.

Great storyline.

Oh yeah man, most def. You can expect some horses**t calls like that for sure! Just got to prepare yourself for it. Refs will be in pats pocket all game long.

Hmmm.... does Vegas know this? Bashing the refs (er, making excuses) already? Dude, stop posting. Your forum friends have to be getting fed up with you. b***h about the refs AFTER the game. We KNOW you will.

The Refs always screw the 49ers over. All the big calls always go against us. Plus the refs work for the Patriots and have Goodell in their pocket. Remember that game they played against the Ravens in 2007 during their undefeated season? Like 4 bogus calls in a row to keep their drive going to win the game. So we have to beat the Patriots and the refs!

you need a tissue? maybe a box of them?

Ed Hochuli is gonna be the ref. Not known for many mistakes through all these years.

Yeah I hope we inflict a whole lot of pain! Make them pay for any routes going over the middle. I want to see Whitner, Bowman, Willis, and Goldson knock the s**t out of Hernandez, Welker, and Lloyd. Course I don't want anyone to get injured or seriously hurt, but I want them to think twice before going over the middle. I'd love to see Brady get sandwiched between Aldon Smith and Justin Smith. That'd be so sexy. I want to see Brady get hit harder than he's ever been hit before time after time!

"sexy".

Really? That explains a few things.....

Patriots are the hottest team in football right now. Experts tend to go with the "hot hand" like Harbaugh.

However, if my memory serves me right, the Saints were the hottest team in the NFL a few weeks ago. I ain't skeered.

You didn't know that already? Been going on since spygate. If you can't steal signals.......
