Good luck trying to win the super bowl with a second year QB. The last guy to do that was...tom nrady.

Is he that Norwegian dude who took the Saskatchewan Roughriders to the Grey Cup?

Those are the stats I was hoping to see out of Alex when he was drafted. Those stats just make me feel more confident that he doesn't blow. This small of a sample size doesn't much more. imo.

did you really think alex would be putting up those stats with a team that was so bad it earned the 1st pick of the draft, with guys like johnnie morton and keven barlow being the focus of the offense?

I thought it'd be a lot closer to those numbers than the performance that barely eked out a TD to end the year.
Hey 49ers, wanna know how many times the opposing teams played no huddle offense vs 49ers since week 1? The whopping amount of 26 plays over 12 games. Amazing. Not to say that 13 of those came from HOF John Skelton, when down 17-0 and 24-0. 4 other came from Jason Campbell. Your defense have seen it TWICE over the last 3 weeks: both by Ryan Tannehill, 1 early in the game, the other at the end of it. On the other hand, Tom Brady & the Patriots played no huddle offense 259 times this season. That's almost 20 times per game. Good luck with the adjusts.

BTW, I'm glad that the entire NFL still thinks that the best play-action pass belongs to the Texans. That's cool.

Thank god you showed up...I was beginning to think the Pats fan base wasn't half bad.
All that means is quicker 3 n out. Im sure the Pats defense will love that, after all the time consuming drives by the 9ers.

For real right? I dont think he knows just how damn fast our defense is lol. This is gonna be another low scoring defensive game imo. 49ers 13 Pats 10.

Ehh that no huddle is scary because Bill B knows what he is doing, he is trying so damn hard to keep D's from wanting to sub in and out and just tire everyone out, where we just play straight up D, dont try to trick anyone, Bill B has always relied on every angle to gain that advantage, whether it trickery or something close to cheating, cant fault him for it he is a great coach obviously.

You do realize that our 2 MLB are the best in the league and have played every down after playing GB in week 1. With that said, the Niners don't have to sub them out for CBs.

This... Niners can play a base personel packages for most of the game... I'd be surprised if Soap gets more than a few snaps. Unlike most teams it's still an uphill battle to run against this defense in nickel and dime packages. The only real sub we will be doing is Cox for Willis/bowman.
I've already given up on this game. All the brilliant analysts say we have no chance, Brady is the GOAT, the Pats just crushed the BEST team in football this past monday, and now I find out that they've ran the no huddle 259 times this season. OHHHH NOOOEES, what are we to do?
I think its funny how people think a no huddle offense is going to be a huge advantage for the Pats.... All the talking heads seem to forget or are just plain stupid, but our defense doesn't sub out! Not at all! Our base D can play the whole game, same goes for our nickel or dime... I'm really not worried about the " no huddle" .... That being said, Brady is a great QB and there Offense is not one dimensional at all..... Going to be a very VERY hard fought game.
