Hunter is a beast. James is talented yet unproven.
Pretty easy if you ask me...

Seriously. Not even close. Hunter has proven himself and is more familiar with the offense the LMJ. Hunter can just play and not think what he has to do and what he should for or how to react. However, I expect him to get touches on ko and pr duties as well packages, where it 2nd and short lines up in the bf, but motions out, with kaep as the QB, kaep can pitch it, toss it or keep it on a run or if they crowd the line toss it or have AS back their and still do the same.

Hunter for now.
Ease LaM in as the season progresses.

He's still learning the playbook, how to huddle, etc. when he just knows it, and doesnt have to think his speed will show.
It's about time somebody pointed that out. James is plenty fast enough. Hunter is just a year ahead of him. We're lucky to have them both.

When Kaep scored that touchdown, they went no huddle and ran an option just like Oregon. Then they put that play away, and we didn't see it again. Just saying...

Man, that last statement gets me fired up. Because it says so much about our coaching staff.

Hunter is Gore's backup, and will spot him carries. LMJ will be used more as a specialist, like Sproles early on in his career.

When gore retires, keep'em both as a 1, 2 punch with a broozer(BJ type of back). Stealing a page outta Carolina's old playbook but niners style. Why make 1 RB take a season beating when the load can be shared 3 ways. With all three being starter material.

LMJ will NEVER be an every down back in this league. He likes to bounce it outside way too often. Hunter can run between the tackles as well as bounce it outside when needed.

Hunter will be the starter next year possibly. I am hoping for him to take a step this year and go to another level. LMJ ideally will be a great third down back like Sproles.

How can we know this? We haven't seen LaMichael play much.
