Then every play is going to be reveiwable could be the argument. Penalties are not reviewable if I am correct. Only things dealing possession, with ball placement. Besides it is written as BG posted and the refs caught it and thus enforcable. You may not have caught it, but the refs caught it. So nothing wrong and nothing reviewable. It is the rule and it is for the protection of the athlete.
