Yes - what's up is he's going through a divorce, and obviously his wife & kids are still in his house while he moved near his family in Ohio for a while.

I don't get why that's surprising. People change residencies when they separate.

Yeah really doesn't make sense at all. Maybe he's so out of touch that this is how he used to get some back in his younger years while growing up in Youngstown and once he settled down with his wife, never really looked into how much of a debauchery playground Las Vegas is.

Being rich doesn't mean you're experienced or any less awkward about these things. If anything it suggests he wasn't one to have a secret affair or anything like that due to being so oblivious to how to be truly sneaky about it. You see this with people in their bubbles all the time - they don't know how those things work because they never tried to be involved with them before. I remember being friends with a rich trust fund girl in college that didn't know how to pump her own gas at the gas station because her daddy had always filled up the tank for her. This situation with Jed reminds me a ton of that conversation I had with her from 25 years ago.

You're overthinking this. Dude was just horny. He's not gonna sit there and plan out how he's gonna get laid lol. Probably was watching porn and then clicked on one those "horny lady 3 miles from you dtf". Most likely didn't realize those are scams or a sting. I mean it took me about 10 arrests and 2 kidneys to realize it.

He responded to the cops ad Saturday night but no one hit him back until Sunday morning. He was clearly still thirsting.

Like others have pointed out sting cops aren't looking to take down the average Joe. They don't post wholesome hooker ads looking to hook up for a cup a tea and a bj. They post some nasty freak s**t trying to draw out the super creeps.
