Yeah he's right. But it's not the bean counter. It's the Yorks themselves. But yes they are shifting money to soccer and taking it away from the 49ers. That hurts our chances. We are doing a rebuild.

Leeds United F.C Is trying to get into the premier league, if that happens that means an influx of cash needs to go that way to pay for players to maintain their ability to be in that league (and make more cash).
Plus he just bought another soccer team which costed around $220m.

Rubbish. The purchase of Rangers is being funded by the sale of 10% of the shareholding in the 49ers, not by salary cap money.

Dude the cap is not the problem, it's spending REAL money which is clearly going in another direction this off season outside of on the 49ers

That 10% sale has not gone through yet though. They still need to find a sucker. Until then, they need to pay out of their own pocket and right now, there's an easy way for the Yorks to save money and they're practicing it in real time.
