Not just win for a couple years followed by rumors of behind the scenes tension between coaches and managers as soon as the first rough patch hits. If we continue to have success and he is able to unwaveringly give Lynchahann the proper support even when things get a little tough, we have a bad season, and fans are a bit frustrated, that will prove to me that he has what it takes. That will show thick skin and fortitude as well as an understanding for the big picture. When that happens, I promise, I will give him 100% support and credit for what was built here. I also believe that will be the transition to an enduring dynasty.
Fair.

Shanahan would never pull a power move like that. He'd have the conversation with Jed in private if he felt there were boundaries crossed, not do it in front of other people.
That's because KS is a smart classy guy!

Totally agree.

Where's Jed?
Props to him for not feeling the need to pop his head up and take any credit for this recent success. Very un-Lacob-like. He's definitely learned a few things.

I'm glad Jed has decided not to be the face of the franchise (Jerry Jones) and stay off the media radar. You also have to give him credit. He blew the whole thing up because he felt like the team was winning with no class. A couple of good decisions and a few years later and the Niners are now winning with class. Inspite of what some fans think of Jed, he loves this franchise as much as his uncle.

Theres a lot of ways to spin the last few years. The less we talk about them in the Jed York thread the better. The fewer posts in this thread the better. Let's move on.

Is it just me or does Jed keep creating new profiles? Let it go! See my post above...prove it long term and we will give you credit!

I wish I was Jed. It would be awesome watching every game live and having enough money to do whatever I want.

He has done far better than his dad did. He should be given praise for sure.
