I can't find the stats right now, but didnt he coach for the Texans, and some other team before going to college again? Each year his "stats" got worse, kind of scares me because the way the stats looked was Jimmy rayeish.
The vid you posted is awesome, as a lb Coach though.

I don't really know why but I like Clements style of play... He just seems to be one step behind from what he wants to do on the field. Meaning he seems like a smart football player, but he can't do as much as he thinks he can. Maybe it was the coaching
