It's great because at the same time, it seems like there's no 'cap' at all (from a figurative standpoint because of the wage scale). -I mean all ends are 'equal', but this time they're fair to both teams that either have smart front-offices (who convince players into pay-cuts/utilizing cheap talent), or are run by Daniel Snyder who think they require tons of money spending to improve the team.
