That and a lot more trades can happen in the top 5. No more... "I like to trade the pick,but nobody wants it due to the outrages signing bonus."

It's great because at the same time, it seems like there's no 'cap' at all (from a figurative standpoint because of the wage scale). -I mean all ends are 'equal', but this time they're fair to both teams that either have smart front-offices (who convince players into pay-cuts/utilizing cheap talent), or are run by Daniel Snyder who think they require tons of money spending to improve the team.
