I just want to add that all of this is somehow the fault of Alex Smith.

There...now it's officially the stupidest argument in NT.

Hands on the hips, YOU DECIDE WHAT IT MEANS

NINER TALK 2011
LOL i just simply wanted to post a picture of him looking like a beast. didn't think it would get turned into him having his hands on his hips/outta shape topic.
The best part of this is nobody will ever take anything he says seriously again
WOW. Just....WOW.

So, no athlete will ever put his hands on his hips unless they are out of shape? Is that kinda what I'm reading here?

This is new levels of insanity even for the zone.

ALL athletes put their hands on their hips. ALL athletes get tired. What makes them in shape is not that they don't get tired, its how long it takes to get tired, that they are able to continue even when they ARE tired and they bounce back quickly.

Looking at a photo of a guy with his hands on his hips and concluding that he is out of shape is something that could only happen on the internet with a bunch of couch potatoes who have no clue what they are talking about.

Aldon Smith is a bust. Hands on his hips? We need to trade him for fat ass Dan Williams. He's got more stamina.
Trade him now for Haynesworth
I wonder how many of the Zoners have ever played actual football in their lives

This times infinity.

This is downright laughable.

I put my hands on my hips when I am ready to put a beat down on somebody.
How are Rachal, Goodwin and Davis looking?
