My judgement is that there are going to be a number of players who will exceed expectations under Harbaugh. Not saying Lawson is one of them but I do believe that if Fangio brings anything close to Dom Capers schemes with him, Lawson will be a more productive player than he has ever been here.
I too want to put as much of the Erickson/Nolan/Singletary memories behind me as fast as possible but not at the expense of walking away from talent that can still be useful, and arguably better than anything else available in FA.

I think that many of our players will raise their level of play this year. I hope Manny is around to be one of them.
