Im going with 1500+...I just think with harbaugh's complex formations and actually putting together an NFL gameplan from week to week instead of just running him up the middle, gore will revisit 1500 yards and have a probowl year!!!!

I agree, along with a passing game opening things up!

If he is 100% recovered and can stay healthy playing 16 games, the sky is the limit.

16 games 1600 yards...lets not forget he would of most lilely LED THE NFL IN RUSHING if it were not for the 6 games missed....he was already above 900 and got to play the cards two more times the rams the hawks gb and he was tearing up the cards in the first not to mention he would of tore up the hawks and rams as well. Its sad that he gets injured about three or so games a year but even then without a full season.......still a top 10 back......with a full season top 3.

He will have between 1000-1200 yards. Gore is basically a lock to miss 2-3 games a season. Plus I can see Hunter and Dixon getting a good amount of carries too

Gore was not on pace to lead the NFL in rushing. At the time he was injured, he wasn't even close in the race for the title.

probably about the same as last year. I bet Harbaugh runs RB by committee if Dixon gains some steam and the rookie do well. Gore is great, but 1500 yards would mean we are depending on him wayyy too much.... a la, we suck

2007: 1,102

In 2011, I think he will surpass his 2010 total due to competent playcalling. But I still think he will get less than 1000.
2011: 950
Dixon: 400
Hunter: 300
Which means that overall, we had a pretty good rushing attack (middle of the league).

Based on the numbers posted, 1000 plus is a lock if he is healthy. Under Sing, too many runs where predictable, up the gut for no gain. With Hunter nipping at his heels, I expect him to run harder than ever before.
P.S. The longer the Offense is on the field, the more touches he will get. Last year we had quarters of three and out.

I think Frank only has two maybe three more good years in him where he can break the 1200 yard mark, but with this offense and Dixon and hunter I see him getting anywhere from 800-1200 and maybe another 400-600 receiving, overall a pretty good year

I agree that his yd/carry average will improve, but I think the new coaching staff will 'share the wealth' more, meaning his rushing totals will be capped. But I could see as many as 70 catches for him though, with the outside chance of being a 1000yd rushing 1000yd receiving (doubtful).

rb by committee, >1000
I hope he stays healthy all year, but a physical runner like gore, at his... methinks not.
