Regarding Hunter, he's essentially a faster version of Frank Gore...so I think he can be more than just a change of pace back. IMO, he's got the talent to be a front-line RB.

Dixon and Gore had similar 40 times, around 4.65(I think gore's a lot faster than that now though), Hunter's around 4.5 if I recall that correctly. Not sure how much faster that really is but they talk about how guys can have better "field quickness" even if .1 doesn't seem like a big difference.

He does a lot of deking and trickery, might be harder to adapt that to the NFL but it'll be fun to see.

he doesnt bounce of tackles like gore but this guy does have the potential to be a gore like back and become a premier back in the league
good speed good power good footwork and good cuts

of course this is from youtube hilight video
If nothing else, a backfield of Gore and Hunter just sounds mean.

This was probably the first arguable BPA pick we made. He was definitely one of the top 5 players available.

I think its safe to say Gore no longer needs to carry this team. This is good for both him and the team

Last season was the only one in a very long time where he missed more than a couple games in a season though. His durability is just starting to come into question imo, definitely not "done" by any means.

The coaches of the past didn't learn till it was too late, they got westbrook just to sit him on the bench till gore was hurt. Gore can play 15-16 games a year IF we cut his carries.

Let dixon and hunter fight for like half the carries gore usually gets lol.

I like the shifty style he's got, not really relying on straight line speed but tricking guys out.

Did someone say he's gotta gain 50 pounds? Gore's only 207 pounds and Hunter's even shorter. He could get leaner/even more cut, and gain maybe 5 pounds and be fine at his height.

Hunter is 200lbs, at 5'7. He doesn't need to gain any weight. He is a pinball.

I need Hunter to gain about 15 or 25 pounds because i want him stay to strong for run heavy than light weight at 200 lbs..

25 pounds? We want him to be Westbook not Jerome Bettis.

Jerome Bettis was very good for strong to run heavy... Michael Turner is very good to run heavy too. He is weight about 244 lbs.. he is great a short and heavy run.. I need Hunter to gains for strong more and run heavy to hit the defense off and escape the yards...

BuzzB must be buzzed. Kendall has a completely diffrent running style than both the guys you mentioned. He is a patient, shifty runner with vision. He reminds me of Gore a lot. Bettis was a cannon ball, like Turner. In other words, an extra 25 pounds or less would be a disadvantage.

oh my gosh!! u are blind man.. i don't care about weight.. if gains to more weight like Bettis and Turner? cuz they made to rush for yards about 1,400 to 1,600 yards.. i don't want the 49ers is thin!! cuz u are limit the thin like for us since.. don't give me the stink for our team..

Maurice Jones-Drew is 5'7" and 205lbs. Hunter just needs to be like him. 5 pounds, not 20-25lbs. That 20 lbs will limit his shiftiness and speed.

Maurice Jones-Drew is a big bold and looks like weight about 220 but i know he is 205. dude.. You can't follow at Rb is must limit at 200 weights? Hunter is not bold yet.. I need Hunter is must a bold like some gains that make him will strong more heavy it when he can speed cuz doesnt matter about weights.. Who can have to speed... U see? V.Davis can speed cuz he is heavy for impossible it. Do you understand it?

gore, dixon, westbrook, hunter...vernon davis, hopefully a more useful crabtree and a improved o-line--->dear opponents, have a lot of fun at game planning against our offense

Westbrook's gone. Hence the hunter pick.
