f**k you McNolan, I wish you two sons of b***hes nothing but the worst.

More like one of the worst mistakes in NFL history.

It would be as if the Colts took Ryan Leaf over Peyton Manning (which was debtable at the time).

The Alex Smith Lover argument would go somthing like this:

If Peyton Manning was drafted by the Chargers, he would have failed because of the poor coaching/ownership at the time. Ryan Leaf, if selected by the Colts, would have became a Hall Of Famer Super Bowl winning QB. It just happened to be different circumstances. LOL.

Also, Phillip Rivers and Drew Brees succeeded in the same situation where Ryan Leaf failed. But of course, nothing was Ryan Leaf's fault.

Double Penetration ???

Because that is what we got in the 2005 draft.
The only one we would have had is Rodgers. McCarthy would have still left for the GB job. With that said, I don't give a s**t about what happened 5-6 years ago. I'm only looking forward to the good times Harbaugh will bring.
It's comical to think Aaron Rodgers would have been able to develop behind one of the worst offensive lines year in and year out on top of having no playmaking receivers and a bad defense.

And I'm not saying Alex would have succeeded in GB like Rodgers but come on people. Don't blindly assume we'd be in a super bowl with Rodgers. We had problems in the front office, ownership, and coaching and collectively 2002-2010 was just about all bad and Aaron Rodgers wouldnt have changed that. He's surrounded by a top 3 front office, a plethora of talent and an offensive minded head coach, as well and learning the same system for 3 years.

Not to mention, this topic has been beaten to death.

It's 2011, we have a new coach, hope in Jed York, and can bring back some of the old glory from years past but it's time to move on and stop saying what if.
Well....bye.
