I don't remember the last time I saw a receiver run a route while in motion. We shift and set or motion and set but i don't remember when we have snapped while in motion.

If I were VD or Crabs, I'd be working on getting some seperation and learning hot reads and perhaps catching the ball when thrown to me. Look, these guys get paid big time to play like big boys and if they had any pride they would work at getting better no matter who is at qb.

What games have you been watching? Troy has missed his fair share of receivers if not more. Not to mention people are rarely open on our Offense. Its poorly ran and we constantly run our routes right into the coverage scheme of the D. We design plays to get the ball into Delanie Walkers hands but not Vernon. This entire staff is just dumb and maybe it stems from Big Mike but we won't know till they are all gone.

I was at the game last night and made it a point to watch Crabtree. I can tell you he is slow and lazy! The Chargers DB's had no problem covering 1 on 1. He was out in man multiple times, which didn't seem to bother the Chargers, and never once created any kind of seperation. If his play is attributed to our current situation then cut his a$$ RIGHT NOW! I don't want some diva that's only going to play when things are going their way. Do we really want a Moss or TO that has never produced on our team! His play is pathetic. Cry to me all you want about Alex's ball was too hard or too high, this is the NFL! If you can touch it you'd better catch it. Suck it up and play ball! You're paid REALLY good money for what you do, how about earning your paycheck like the rest of us?!?!?!?!??!

To the three of you who unconditionally love Crabtree, why do WR's like Andre Johnson, Colston, Calvin Johnson, Roddy White, etc., get open as much as they do, yet Crabs is forever covered? The guy's lazy, he runs slow, rounded routes, and if that's not bad enough, he quits and drops way too many passes for a 1st round professional WR. Oh, and at least two passes that he was supposed to catch bounced off his hands and into our opponent's hands for INT's.

VD also drops more passes than he should, and he must work harder to get open when he's being bracketed (vertical or horizontally).

This team just doesn't know how to use it's talent. A well coached team would. But the last time I checked we are not well coached.

Even if Crabs and VD are open for a slight second. Most of the time Alex doesn't have the accuracy or the confidence to throw the ball down the field.

We have trash at QB
We have trash at OC/HC

when our OL gives our QB time he does something idiotic.

when our WR's are open our OL gives up a sack.

plain and simple this needs needs a QB/HC/OC..if Crabtree/VD were on the Colts or Eagles they would be top players in the league.

"If Crabtree & VD were on the Ravens"......... they'd be playing behind Boldin, Mason & Houshmandzadeh, and Heap, respectively. Crabtree is easily among the 2nd 50 in WR talent in the league and I'm probably being too kind. VD could legitimately make another team better in a different system which will come in handy when we look to trade up to grab Luck (and Harbaugh?).
