Willis is the 49ers defense. You can't replace a player like that. So yes, if the 49ers had better coaching and a real QB then yes, Willis makes us a playoff team.

looking for the "trade for bob sanders thread" did it move to nfl talk or merge with another trade talk thread?
oh ...and willis would be my only non-tradeable...he's the type of player you'd want to build a defense around, its just unfortunate we havent been able to do so

Willis is the 49ers defense. You can't replace a player like that. So yes, if the 49ers had better coaching and a real QB then yes, Willis makes us a playoff team.
I like Willis he's my favorite player on the team but for the right price if someone offered you a crazy ass offer you would have to do it to make your team better.
