Could happen. Only TB game I watched was against New Orleans, but I know the Bucs are at the bottom in rush defense. The Saints OL overpowered the Bucs DL and they ran wild for over 200 yards on them. This will be a good test for our interior OL, but if they key on Gore with 8-9 man fronts, we should have quick audibles in place so that Troy can put the ball up and burn them.

I hope so.
But it seems that everytime we face a team with a sub-par rush defense, they stuff our run...and everytime we face a team with an anemic pass-rush, they tag us for 7 sacks.

no, because that is our game plan week after week after week, so even though that is Tampa's weak spot, they are going to make the adjustment

True. Hopefully Gore will have a good day. The easier they can make this for Troy the better.

Tampa is also weak due to scheme, so they're somewhat limited in what they can do.

I think Gore has a monster game. 125+ yds. rushing, 8 catches, 75 yds, 3 tds.

Hopefully Anthony Davis rub blocking > Anthony Davis pass blocking.
I hope we can just run over them that will make EVERYTHING easier and open up some passes for Troy. Troy needs to be careful eventually that one or two lob passes a game will get picked off.

Well, Sing might think that this is a perfect time to show that his up the middle plans can work after all and plan to run the game that way. Tampa will work hard to prevent that. T.Smith can make something happen, but may not be allowed to unless they fall behind and it is late in the game.
Could be a vintage Singletary game.
Or, does Sing have much input any more? We will see.

Not true at all. Look at the defenses we've faced, adjusted for opponents' strength:
SEA = 16th
NO = 13th
KC = 11th
ATL = 4th
PHI = 26th
OAK = 9th
CAR = 20th
DEN = 30th
STL = 18th
So the only sub-par rush d team we failed against was Philly. Gore had great games vs. the rest.

If you stack the middle by bringing the ILB down in the Tampa 2, the Tight End will absolutely kill you. The middle of the field is wide-open for TEs, which is what VD does best (streak up the middle.
A TE play action to Davis vs. a 9-man front could go the distance.

Frank is the sheet. I sure wish he hadn't had that one fumble...
