What gives? In general it doesn't seem the zone is as pumped up about Troy Smith as I am. Do people think he is just a flash in the pan and will regress when defensive coordinators get more film on him? I actually think some people are bummed because he should dump Alex Smith down to second string. I know it is only one game, and many back ups only shine in back up roles, and don't make good starters. What is it, I thought this place would be rocking after Sunday's game. I know the season is shot, but maybe Troy gives us something to look forward to for the rest of the season.

Ok.... So, when you said this, I imagine an army of tiny Troy Smith's (ok, tinier) with large furry tails running around, bloodshot eyes darting back and forth, desperately clutching huge walnuts close to their chests.

Really, no need for name calling, though. If you think they are being unreasonable in their support of Troy, express it in a logical manner and perhaps conversation can be had.

now u know this logic doesn't work in the zone. Lol ..Only our team can't find a way to win, if the qb sucks. I mean honestly even if the qb sucked in most games. U mean to tell me we can't count on any other aspect to win the game for us.

That's the one main thing we lack as a team. Being to put a win together with another phase other than the O.

Oh, I get it... you mean don't respond to you.

Why post on a forum if you don't want people to respond? I thought that was the point.

No need to be angry about it. It's no big thing. Just asking people to tone down the negativity, especially when directed at other forum members. If you don't want to do that, it's your choice.

I suppose that you must have liked what I posted, though.
