I'm mad that they lost as well, but I don't want them to lose money near bankruptcy.

Haven't bought a thing in over 4 years. And I consider myself an enthusiast . York's may be stuare making money their not making stubborn but their not stupid. Even if they are making money , they know they can make a whole lot mmore by putting a winning team on the field. If you don't think the Yorks are listening to what we fans have to say .... stay tuned. Sing's days are numbered........ The ax will fall very soon . If only to save face and redirect blame for this disaster.

I think it would be in the York's best interest to just improve the team and stay where they are if they start losing fan financial support. We don't support losers down here unless it's the dodgers.

I think that, if anything, it'll expedite our eventual relocation to Los Angeles.

This is the best time to buy...everything is on "my team sucks" sale. This is when we Niner fans should be loading up.

They may suck, but I will still wear their gear with pride. I am confident they arent losing on purpose, just dont know the f**k they are doing. Something will happen, it has been happening, just the wrong choices.

It's embarrasing to wear at the moment. Still will stick with this team forever, but right now I'm just totally dissapointed it has come to this and I'm embarrassed. I thought we we're finally there and have been talking them up all year. Now I have to eat crow daily. I get laughed at at work, by my friends, and what can I say? I have to be honest and tell them I was wrong. Sucks...

Keep in mind, not giving the Yorks your money, does not mean you have to stop cheering for the team. That's absurd...
By not buying merchandise, you simply send a message that you refuse to pay for a poor product. To each their own, but this is an idea that allows you to say, "I do not have to sit back with my mouth shut, and hand you my money."

I'm with ya 49erFan...
In the end it may not make much of a difference; but, it's better than paying extra $$$ for the piss poor product they've been fielding...

Look, the Niners were counting on this season's success to help drive new stadium support and season ticket sales. Now they've pushed out the opening date of the new stadium by at least a year -- they say because of the NFL contract uncertainty. Ownership knows that you can only sell a sh*tty product to so many people -- e.g., Raiders fans. If the Niners continue losing and especially losing the Mike Singletary way, it won't be long before even Niners home games are blacked out in the Bay Area and the new stadium deal is taken off the table. Red & Gold may be in Jed's blood like it is in ours, but bottom line, it's a business. Right now, he's selling crappy merchandise. If he doesn't make a change, it won't be long before he loses the majority of his loyal customers.

Having a winning season is hard. Getting a losing one is easy.
Even Peyton hasn't won one in a while.
