QB: Even if we were to go 9-0, you'd have to wonder if Smith would even WANT to come back. Ok, ok an exaggeration...BUT the point is...it just hasn't worked out with Alex. Nice kid who gave 110% every time. He'll do well with a change of scenery on a proven team with coaches who can utilize his talents. So NEW QB is a must. Draft a QB and sign a proven vet.

RB: No changes. Maybe a speedy play maker who we can use on passing downs and screen plays.

WR: Morgan blows. We need a solid, speedy #2. Crabs is really good but he's not one to stretch the field. We need a speedy physical guy who can stretch the field and catch.

O-LINE: New center, new right guard.

DEFENSE: A stud defensive back and a solid pass rusher.

Agree 100%. New coaching staff, new GM, new QB, new schemes, then we have some talent at RB, TE, Crab at WR, some defensive talent, etc. But all these other fools need to go.

Agreed.Yet I would heistate to let go of Solari, Brown, Johnson.

Johsnon IMHO is beeing held by by SIng. Let the new GM and HC decide whom to keep of those three.

The comparison would be to Italian football ( or in the us known as soccer) coaches who are known for their love of defence the best result is a 1:0 victory in the last minute or by penalty shootout.

A coach that I forgot to mention Jerry Sullivan, he is regarded as a guru WR coach yet it seems that ur WRs are getting no separation at all. WR have come and gone an no one was able to get separation.

I admit that our WR corps was rubbish, yet even now we see to many tipped balls wrong routs etc.

Maybe time has taken a toll on Jerry Sullivan as it has on Jimmy Raye.

HIRE A FRICKING GM who is respected in the NFL, and get out of the way. Let the GM hire the coach.

Drop kick Sing. Let new HC pick his support staff. We have been playing better w/ Johnson but not good enough. Maybe Sing is micro-manageing him too.

Draft best QB possible for WCO.

If Carr is best QB backup we're in very deep Doo Doo. Keep Smith until the new QB is ready to take the field full time and then send Smith to bench. He's 100 times better than Carr.

Harrelson is most overrated person on the team. Nate either moves to S or bye-bye.

I'm not so sure our secondary is as bad as you think, like I said we lack real passrush. I would like to see us with a real passrush threat before I write off our corners. Obviously there is room for improvement, there always is, but I don't think it is one of the most glaring needs.

Fire Singletary. Cut Smith. Cut Carr. Hold open tryouts for QB where anyone (including fans) can tryout.

All I can say is we play not to lose but we end up losing. If we played to actually win we would win more games. It appears that Sing is ok being only up by 7 points and doesn't mid soft-ning up so a team can come back and beat us cause we don't go for the throat because it's not his style of football. He want our Defense to win us the games.

It's backwards football if you ask me.

The Yorks...run them out of town...seriously, they are the problem...unless they get real smart real fast, we doomed forever.

Jed needs to bring a respected, successful football guy in to run the show. That's the most important move to be made. Unfortunately I don't see this happening right now.

A new head coach needs to come in hire is own staff. I just don't see much for options outside of the obvious retread coaches. I'm afraid our next coach ends up worse than Sing.

I guess I see why there are so many Steeler fans everywhere now. It's just easier.
