OK the obvious Singletary

Manusky:
While his defence has the big play it also posseses the big WTF factor. In every game they are able to make scrubs look like HOF players. To often his defence is beaten on crucial plays.
And let us not forget how many times his prevent defence has been beaten in the end of close games.
Passrush? often we aren't able to get to the QB when we rush 6 guys, inexcusable.

Players
Alex, 6th year and still inconsitent. Deer in the headligths. Sorry Alex you're a nice guy, more luck at your next stop (Indy needs a backup hwo is well versed in the Spread offence maybe try there)

Carr, maybe you should try to become a profesional stare artist.

Nate Clements, since he lost a step he has to play off and that's the part we're he's terrible. He could make a solid saftey still good in run support and in creating turnovers. at CB no way, he gets beatn to often.

Shawnte Spencer, rember how much les we talked about being burned while he was replaced by Walt Harris?
Nickel corner at best no.

Parys mediocre passrusher, slow in coverage and bad in setting the edge on run plays.

Your oppinions?

Also we need a real GM, not a scout turned GM, either Jed will be that GM figure ( in a Jerry Jones style) or hire a real GM.

Singletary - absolutely.

Manusky - depending on finding a replacement better than him; I could see keeping or getting rid of him. However, I agree with your lack of pass rush evaluation.

Alex - yes, it is time for Alex to go, as long as we replace him with someone better.

Carr - THROW THE BUM OUT!

Nate Clements - I disagree. Clements has been playing quite well and unless we traded him for valuable player(s), I would keep him on the field... at least if his play does not fall off the rest of this year and in next year's TC.

Shawnte Spencer - not unless we replace him with somebody better. You are too quick to decimate our secondary, which is a very bad idea.

Parys mediocre pass rusher - Again, only if we find a better player. I wouldn't get rid of him outright otherwise; however, I might move him from starter to backup
I thought you meant around the league, not on the 9ers. I agree with all the above except maybe Alex, I would keep him depending on the new injury.

As for around the league, here are my coaches on the hot seat:
MS
John Fox
Eric Mangini
Wade Philips
Jack Del Rio
Norv Turner
Josh McDaniels
Chan Gailey - not sure
Marv Lewis
Brad Childress

I think Dingletary does a lot of meddling in the offense. That first drive was great, then back to conservative crap and another game of 250 yards of total offense.
aex smith has been consistant since MJ has been OC just sayin....

raye was holding back the offense
secondary is holding up the D

our offense was in working order before smiths injury
however our secindary needs improving in the worst way

Sing is to blame!
How many times has our secondary been butchered? Over the years to many times.

I would not cut Clements I'd demote him or move him to saftey or get him in a rotation with Mays while I'd liek to see Mays at the FS spot.

I do belive that there are better DCs than Manusky, he is OK, and he is doing an OK job with the defnce yet the fact that it breaks on crucial situations is obvious.
How many times has it given up a huge third or fourth down (by huge i mean a crucail it may be eve an third and inch down that had t be stopped).

Parys has to be demoted he's not starter material.
manusky needs to go , our defense is to soft and unreliable when it counts
Coaches and executives: EVERYONE.

Players: Let the new guys sort it out. IMHO we have no idea what we have on this team because we are so incompetent from the top down.
Have to go!

Mike Singletary
Alex Smith
David Carr
Nate Clements
Parys Harralson
Will James

Jed York
HC: Need a proven offensive minded coach.
DC: I think Manusky is solid but after this debacle...we need to be on the search.
OC: Johnson with an off-season to implement his offense could be a good thing.
WR Coach: Find a new guy. Sullivan is overrated.

Players
_______

QB: Even if we were to go 9-0, you'd have to wonder if Smith would even WANT to come back. Ok, ok an exaggeration...BUT the point is...it just hasn't worked out with Alex. Nice kid who gave 110% every time. He'll do well with a change of scenery on a proven team with coaches who can utilize his talents. So NEW QB is a must. Draft a QB and sign a proven vet.

RB: No changes. Maybe a speedy play maker who we can use on passing downs and screen plays.

WR: Morgan blows. We need a solid, speedy #2. Crabs is really good but he's not one to stretch the field. We need a speedy physical guy who can stretch the field and catch.

O-LINE: New center, new right guard.

DEFENSE: A stud defensive back and a solid pass rusher.
Gotta GO!:
Singletary Fired Now. Replace with Manusky as Interim Head Coach.

Solari Gone at end of season. O-Line is awful. There must be a combination of five guys that can block. Its his fault for not finding it.

Sullivan Gone at end of season. Wide recievers mediocre at best for years, petty doghouse bulls**t.

Wait and Evaluate:
Johnson job probably at the whim of new head coach.

Too Lazy to get into players...
