Some of these vets are only members on a fan forum with some red boxes near their name; I really don't consider them any better or worse than a regular joe fan.

There are plenty of members keeping their composure. Constructive criticism is what makes this site great, not a bunch of knee-jerk reactions by fans who got their hopes up entirely too easily.

I, myself, am an out of state paying fan. I have tons of 49ers merchandise and always where my Niners hat when leaving the house, even sitting at 0-4. No, I don't have season tickets because I live in Michigan. Sadly, this year, I cannot see any Niners games because the Niners don't play anywhere in my area.

I, too, feel we deserve more. I've been around this team the whole 8 years of rebuilding and then some. It sucks. But that's no reason to attack a fellow fan who's arguing with rationality.

I understand, we're all pissed and upset. No one is happy. There's no reason to be. We're 0-4 when we were "supposed" to win the West. Hindsight is not only 20/20, but is rather funny too.

What makes any of you think we can beat the Rams? After 4 games it is obvious they HAVE their quarterback. We're still waiting on that in year 6!

And the Seahawks? They beat us once. You've seen something to make you believe they won't repeat?

And the last time we swept the Cardinals the year before, they turned around and swept us. Is here anything about THIS Niner team that gives you confidence it won't happen again?

I'm not even sure we'll beat Carolina!

Bad teams can have good stretches, but they always seem to find a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory!

Use the roster spot vacated by Michael lewis to bring back Nate Davis. He probably sucks too! But we know Alex sucks! And we KNOW Carr isn't the answer either. And at BEST, Troy Smith is a stopgap.

Let's use this lost season to find out what we have in Davis. If he's really so bad, he'll just cement our place in the Andrew Luck sweepstakes. And that might be the best shred of hope I can think of!

Yeah it's crazy, we are only 2 games out and have had a s**tty schedule to start the season. @ Seattle and @ Kansas City are 2 tough stadiums to play in, then @ Atlanta, which also includes 2 10AM games. Our only home game was against the defending champs. I still dont expect anything from the season, but its weird to think. Ultimately we are only back 2 games with 12 to go.
