What is the point of a giant 42-page thread that spans 8 months? Why merge everything together???

So for all of you who refuse to believe that this team doesn't have a chance at winning this division, think again.
We are also the "hottest" team in the Division, with a weighted total performance of -4% (4% worse than the NFL, on average, would have performed in our situations). STL is -19%, Seattle is -30.2%, and ARI is -38.9%.
I don't really understand why people think Saint Louis is playing so well. Bradford piled up 300 yards against what Footballoutsiders considers the worst pass defense in the NFL, with opposing offenses performing 50% better than they would expect to against the League as a whole.
So what what is the big friggin deal about the Rams? They're going to get blown out by New Orleans and KC may very well run for 300 yards on them. We'll beat them head-to-head and win the division. Seattle might only win one more game (CAR).
The ugly truth is that we are a mediocre team, but the rest of the division is worse and its likely to play out that way...with us hosting a wild card game against New Orleans or Philly.

I'm not optimistic, nor am I pessimistic about winning the division.
That being said, the truth is that there are still 5 games to play. That is 31% of the season left to play, which is still quite a bit a football left to play.
It being an any given Sunday league, it is definitely doable. I would probably have a much more pessimistic outlook if the inter-divisional record was not what it is. I think the chances of us sweeping the rest of our divisional games is very high. That would put us at 7 wins with a 5-1 divisional record, which is a very good place to be in this division, in comparison to the others. I think we have control of that part of our destiny, can't speculate for the rest.
We need St. Louie lose against us and to win @ Seattle in the last game. I think it all may come to that.

I really hope we finish 4-12, so we have a chance at getting Peterson.

The sad thing is that even at four wins, we would still be picking top six as Carolina, Detroit, Cincy, Buffalo and AZ have to win more games and I just don't see it. If we are lucky, we could get the sixth spot.

Hope that Detroit, Cincy, Buffalo and AZ get two more wins. Yea, good luck with that!
I think we will end up picking top ten no matter how we end up. If we get to to 7-9 and win the West
, then we would probably pick anywhere between 6-10, closer to six. What a weird frickin' season.
I will be very happy if we can land Luck, Peterson, Bowers, or Amukamara. Here's a funny scenario.
What if Carolina goes with Bowers instead of Luck with Detroit and Cincy following. I can then see us trying to trade up in front of Buffalo and AZ to land Luck.
Yea, then I woke up!

The hardest game we have left is san diego. The rams have us new orleans and KC! The seahawks have us atlanta, and Tampa. The rams should lose to both NO and KC, seahawks will lose to atlanta, maybe us, and maybe tampa.....
Get the hint its funny but reallistically it could really happen!

The Seahawks only lose to us if Singletary is not our coach; otherwise, repeat week one.

The only thing funny about this team is that even if we make it, we'll get slaughtered.
