1. cover their damn TE
2. no big runs

No doubt they know our playbook by now.

singletary said we've been planning for this game for weeks now and I'm sur M. Rob took in a lot of that information. Looks like we will be playing like it's still preseason and rely on our strength up front to will a win the old school way.

With Ulbrich and MRob they got the special teams locked down.

We are really fuc*ed now!
They can't win if they can't score, and I don't see them having a good day against our defense

never mind the link works now

I wonder if the fans buy that stuff. Carroll comes off as really fake to me

As a leader you always want to put a positive spin on circumstance and show confidence in all you do, but Seattle is just a cluster right now.

They are going to be the leagues' b***h this year. That team that everybody can 'get healthy' against. I can't help but feel sorry for their fans.

Singletary has said repeatedly that his goal is to build a team that imposes it's will on opponents, even when they know what's coming.

Yeah, MRob's version: "take handoff; run into back of (a) LG or (b) RG; fall down. Note to self, don't fumble, again."

We're gonna do to them what Cal did to UC Davis. Go Bears.
they dont have LT Okung
hopefully we blow them out to send a message to the rest of the league that we are for real

Hopefully the Niners blow them out to prove to THEMSELVES that they are real.
I don't see any way we lose this game. With all the hawks roster changers, they don't know whether they are coming or going. We have a balanced offense and a dominating D. This is going to be a bad day to be a hawks fan.

They are either going to start Chester Pitts (coming off of microfracture surgery) or Tyler Palumbus (journeyman free agent) in Okung's place. Justin Smith should have a field day no matter what.
NFL netwrok just gave a s**tty review of our offense, especially michael lombardi saying that we can only win games with a spread offense
