so hes basically getting suspended by the league for not doing anything? poor guy. he put himself in the same situation twice. most people learn from their mistakes but he seems to be either really ignorant or really stupid. a multi million dollar athlete usually has something in their contract about riding motorcycles. the giants dont want zito riding bikes even tho he loved to in oakland. maybe it wasnt in his contract but hes still a dumbass for riding without a helmet and wiping out, old lady or no old lady. like i said, oakland can have him. go ahead and be on YOUR way.

Sign him! Big Ben is a stand up guy. He's never been arrested in his life and he has no criminal convictions in his life.

Fix the O Line plus Big Ben = Super Bowl!...

He got suspended for having consensual sex in a bathroom in a bar. It's sleazy, but it's not illegal. It's nothing to be suspended 6 games for when murderers and steroid users get less than that. He didn't have anything in his contract about riding motorcycles dips**t. Its not illegal in his state to not wear a helmet riding it. Is it dumb? Yeah. Is having sex in a bathroom at a bar dumb? Yeah. Is it 6 games suspension and F BIG BEN FOR LIFE dumb? nope.

I just don't see how it will work. If we get him WTF will happen to Alex? Damage that's irreversable. If he wasn't suspended six games I might view it differently.

it would show alex straight up that after 6 gms your done as a 9er and will kill his confidence during those 6 gms. we need alex at his best and not worrying about his job

That's what I was thinking too. It just doesn't seem like it will work...I don't sing will want big Ben. I don't think he would like him as a person lol. I'm betting this won't happen.

to the best of my knowledge none of you play for or have any ownership interest in the 49ers. you mean to tell me that your "need" for the team to win goes so far that now you want to sign rapists?
