while watching the game, I was wondering if you were getting hit by snowballs. I saw a lot of red in the crowd. Not sure if it was because of christmas or if they were niner fans.

Some things I noticed
1.) The offense had NO intensity. After every turnover they just trooted on off the field like nothing happened.
2.) I seriously felt threatened like I was going to get sacked every time Smith went to throw. The O-Line looked the worst this game than any other game. Maybe because I was actually witnessing the atrocity first hand it seemed bad.
3.) When the Eagles had the ball and were making their way to my part of the end zone, I could see who was open every play and lo and behold McNabb found them. That play-action to Jackson I wanted to run on the field as it developed and lay D Jack out! I saw that crap all the way!
4.) I got hit by 2 snowballs. One was in the parking lot and some guy nailed me on the top of my head. I think he was standing on something because there was no way he could have hit the top of my head from ground level. The second was in the stadium. Some fan it seemed combined 10 snow balls and made a mini glacier and just dumped it on me and my girlfriend. I think he was 2 rows behind me but I couldn't do anything because I was surrounded by Eagles fans. It was fun though because me and my cousin (who is an Eagles fan) just started tossing snow balls at the Eagles mascot (swoosh) and hit him at his feet.
5.) It seemed like the entire team just wanted to get out of Philly and just went through their motions. No pressure on McNabb. This goes back to number 3 about McNabb picking us apart.
6.) It was freezing and I noticed a bunch of our guys wearing these robe type things that covered their whole body. They looked really comfortable.
The end.

I was also there, and I agree with your thoughts on O-line. My wife, who's not a Niners fan even noted that our line sucks. Smith had no time and they did play without intensity.
As far as Philly fans go, it wasnt nearly as bad as I thought it would be. There were a good number of Niners fans there, and I didn't see anything outlandish other than some well-crafted verbal assaults. They did start throwing a lot of snowballs at the team late in the game, which was weird since they were winning. All in all, a pretty good day (aside from the loss) in the cold.
Of note, there was a Niners fan without a shirt who painted his entire body in red and gold with NEDNEY #6 on his back. Odd to me that if you are going to those lenghts to show your dedication to the team, I would have expected selecting another player other than the kicker to emulate. He might have died from hypothermia though, cuz I only saw him once...

5.) That little seam route to Davis up the middle has got to go. Does not work anymore. Crumple it up and throw it away.
6.) It seemed like the entire team just wanted to get out of Philly and just went through their motions. No pressure on McNabb. This goes back to number 3 about McNabb picking us apart.

-Alex has got to show more energy, emotion out there. I know he feels bad when he makes a stupid mistake but he has to get on the OL ass and tell them to block. They didn't capitalize on any of the turnovers either, that Walker fumble changed the game.
-A response to another thread that deals with the Jackson play you mentioned... I seen it coming too. I want a FS so we can move Goldson to SS PERIOD!!! Don't just blame Lewis, Bly basically just passed Jackson off to Lewis and Lewis passed him off to no one. It's like these CBs say, you take him and the safeties in turn say no you take him when nobody else is left. Trust me, it goes on a lot in the NFL. By the way, WHY ARE OUR TWO SLOWEST COVER GUYS ON THE FASTEST GUY ON THE FIELD? f**kING STUPID. We actually had a chanceat 20-13 if we stopped them and Bly/Lewis didn't give up that big play.
-That seam route to Davis hardly ever fails, it is usually for a touchdown. The Eagles safety just made a nice play, I figured sooner or later someone would figure that out but if he didn't come over it was Parker on Davis and would have been a TD. Davis has to go up and knock the ball down and not act scared. He still is full of mental mistakes. Also, once in a while instead of Davis just running the seam he should stop and do a curl. That would get the defense second guessing and the DB/LB/DL would probably run into him when he stopped and would get a penalty.
-The team was still probably riding Monday's high and is still of stupid mistakes as our the coaches.
. It was fun though because me and my cousin (who is an Eagles fan) just started tossing snow balls at the Eagles mascot (swoosh) and hit him at his feet.
