I was shocked that changing QBs made such a vast difference in the offense! 
Maybe the problem all along wasn't Jimmy Raye? Maybe it was the QB under center?

Agreed.
He'll get his props from me when he does with the Colts. Previously he had the excuse that he's got Hill back there but that will (hopefully) no longer be the case.
Raye has got to now that this is no longer a running league.
